ACO Drain systems consist of factory manufactured channel units made from either corrosion-resistant polymer concrete or fiberglass, together with edge frames and grates produced from a variety of materials. Available in 2”, 4”, 8” and 12” internal widths, most systems include a built-in slope and grates capable of supporting loads from pedestrian to aircraft traffic.

General purpose polymer concrete trench drain channels available in 4” (K100), 8” (K200) or 12” (K300) internal widths. Channels are manufactured with a 0.5% standard slope, in 40 continuous one meter sections, and available with your choice of galvanized steel or stainless steel edge rails.
Heavy duty polymer concrete trench drain channels available in 4” (S100K), 8” (S200K) or 12” (S300K) internal widths. Channels are manufactured with a 0.5% standard slope, in 40 continuous one meter sections with rugged cast iron edge frame and grates.
A low profile, neutral channel polymer concrete product designed to intercept drainage when there is a restricted depth for the channel. Only 4” in depth, SlabDrain is available in 4" (H100), 8" (H200) and 12" (H300) internal widths.
Pre-sloping fiberglass channels, manufactured in 9’-0 lengths, provide excellent corrosion resistance to caustics. Steel or stainless steel edge frames bolt to the top of the fiberglass channel and support galvanized steel, stainless steel, or cast iron grates.
