FlowDrain - FG100

High Capacity Trench Drain

FlowDrain FG100 provides an ideal solution to long trench runs in concrete slabs. The FG100 system consists of pre-sloping fiberglass channels and a surface mounted steel frame. The fiberglass channel has a 3-3/4" internal width and provides a quick and simple way to create a smooth, corrosion resistant trench drain. A choice of grates in various materials and slot configurations can be secured to the metal frame.

FG100 fiberglass channels are available in ten 3-meter interconnecting channel lengths with a built-in 1.0% slope. The black coated, galvanized or optional stainless steel frame provides permanent edge protection for the top of the fiberglass channel and is formed to accept grates from Class A to Class E load ratings. Additionally, the FG100 grates are designed to use the ACO QuickLok fastening system.

The FG100 system is completed with neutral (non-sloping) channels, one-meter channels, in-line catch basins, outlets and end caps that are easily installed during the trench forming process.
