ACO DRAIN SYSTEMS

PowerDrain - S300K

ACO PowerDrain S300K is a high capacity, heavy duty polymer trench drain system similar to S100K. The 12-inch internal width of S300K provides flow capacity far exceeding the S100K system.
The popular design features common to S100K and S300K include the cast-in ductile iron edge rail which provides protection for all load and grate bearing surfaces. The system is complete with thirty, one-meter pre-sloping channels for maximum design flexibility. Neutral channels (non-sloping), half-meter channel and in-line catch basins complete the S300K system.
The S300K system is available with the Class E, ADA conforming slotted grates and Class F slotted iron grates. These grates are manufactured standard with the PowerLok boltless locking system for secure fastening of the grates to the channels.

SYSTEM LAYOUT

METER CHANNELS

0.6% sloped channels in meter lengths and 30 depths which connect to create a 30 meter (98'-5") continuously sloping run. Supplied complete with grate.

Neutral channels are available in 4 depths and can be used to create non-sloped runs or inserted in sloped runs to increase length.

CLOSING/6", 8", or 10" OUTLET CAP

Fits all channels, manufactured from black polypropylene to complement edge rail. Guides aid cutting to correct height. 6", 8" and 10" bell end provides connection to Schedule 40 pipe. Seal using appropriate flexible sealant. Note: For channels 1-10 ACO recommends removal of unused sections of bell end to ensure adequate pavement material coverage.

SK3-900 IN-LINE CATCH BASIN

A two part in-line catch basin with choice of deep or short base. Bases have 4", 6" and 8" drill-outs for pipe connections. Supplied complete with grate. Available with plastic trash bucket or filter bag (filter bag will reduce flow). Riser unit fits between top and bottom unit. All drill-outs to receive channels are female. Any channel can be connected into the catch basin by removing the end wall to the correct height. Drill-outs guide connection to channels 01, 010, 020, and 030.
