Aluminum Plank Grating

Aluminum Plank Grating produced in 6" wide modular planks, in lengths up to 26'-0", is a versatile alternative to bar grating. Manufactured by extruding 6063 aluminum with integral I-beams and a fluted, skid resistant walking surface, plank grating provides a lightweight flooring with exceptional durability. Corrosion resistant, non-sparking, non-rusting and virtually maintenance free, Aluminum Plank Grating is commonly used in sewage and water treatment plants for walkways and platforms. Punched plank products offer excellent air circulation desirable for refrigeration floors and ceilings, as well as marine cargo holding systems. Available with plain or interlocking sides, these modular planks are easily fabricated into custom component panels with the simple addition of end banding. For enhanced skid resistance on the walking surface, specify plank with upset punched square or rectangular patterns.
